FLO (www.findloanofficers.com) is a sister company of Z.I.A (Zone Internet Advertising Corp). This Agreement below has been written by Z.I.A and must be agreed upon by every Client/Subscriber that is joining our company and interested in representing them self, in there local area through our Company.

Z.I.A's Terms and Agreements

I.	Company:

INFO:	"Flo" or the Find Loan Officers web site (findloanofficers.com) is a sister company of a Larger Marketing and Advertising Company called Zone Internet Advertising.  Zone Internet Advertising or Z.I.A is located in Millersville, Md and is currently a privately held/owned company.  We specialize in Internet Marketing and Advertising that is Zone or Regional based providing local service companies exclusive rights to advertising on our site to their local community. We target the market by targeting the field of the service and dedicating a site to it then by targeting local companies that offer that service and providing their information to the consumers and click thru cliental that visits our site.  Z.I.A is the new name of the company and has only been in use since 2007, the original name of the Company was R.B.I.B.inc and was changed in 2007.   R.B.I.B.inc has been in the Advertising and Marketing Business since 1998 and incorporated since 2003.

GUARANTEE:	  We at Z.I.A guarantee that we will not sell your information (you being the Consumer and the Clients) to anyone for a profit or even for a marketing campaign.  We believe in your Privacy and would not want to lose your trust in our company.  Your information will be stored on or servers and displayed in the format of the sites representative pages.  The consumer's information that is sent to use thru our submission forms is routed directly to you twice a day depending on the time of the consumer's submission.  We grantee that no other competing company shall see that information and that we will not sell that information to any competing company.  We also guarantee your exclusive rights to represent yourself or your company on our site in that specific region or zone and that no rival company or person will be allowed to advertise on that site with out your permission or until you cancel your subscription with Z.I.A or any of our sister Companies.

RIGHTS:  Z.I.A has the right to Cancel your subscription without Notice if any of the follow Rules or Agreements in this Terms and Conditions Agreement are broken. We will also not be Liable to pay you back any Reimbursements if said act is taken.  We will share your Information to the Local Authorities if any Criminal act has been done and we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the Law.

LIABILITYS:

A:	Z.I.A or any of its sister sites, are not held liable for any information that is stolen from us out of our sites database from an outside source or an inside source. We can only protect our servers with the best software we know of and if that is not enough and some one breaks in then we are not at fault.  Even though the information that is on our servers is for public viewing anyway and can just be copied, we still do not outsourcing our database records and stealing them, is criminal from our standpoint.

B:	Z.I.A or any of its sister sites, are not Liable for any false Credit Card Information that is given to us from our clients.  The Client (site representative for an area) must first agree that they have read and understand this Terms and Conditions Agreement.  Then is given a choice of different Pricing Plans to choose from.  Then is prompted to pay for the chosen plan through PayPal, which at that time is out of our hands and is done solely by the Client in question.  After we see that PayPal has taken the payment then we continue with the submission process.  If we find out that the client is falsely using the card, then we will immediately cancel their subscription and inform the local authorities of the act and provide them with the client's information.

C:	Z.I.A or any of its sister sites, are not liable to provide and Leads or sales for your company in the area that you are promoting or advertising in.  We do provide you with the exclusivity of that Zone or Area, but cannot Guarantee that consumers will actually visit that particular Zone or Area. So due to that fact we cannot be held Liable for the amount of success of any particular Area over another.  Just know that we advertise to the State as a Whole and not a Particular Area in the State that you are advertising in.

D:	Z.I.A or any of its sister sites, Can not be held liable for false information presented on our Web Sites Pages.  We understand that company's information changes and it is the job of the Client to Contact us and inform us of those Changes.  We will make the changes as soon as possible inmost cases within 24 Hrs but cannot be restricted by a particular time frame or condition.  During the submission process if we are given false information from the client we cannot be held Liable for that information. We will do our best to keep our clients happy plus we don't want our consumers receiving wrong information because that makes us look bad too, so it is the best interest to resolve these problems quickly.

II.	Subscriber - Client:

INFO:	The Subscriber must provide their personal or Company information and only their information to our sales associate so that he or she can input it trough our submission process and be entered in our Database.  The Subscriber is responsible for the proper information to be given and is accountable for any false information provided by them.  If Z.I.A becomes aware of any false information being given tour sales associate or already submitted to our Database then we will cancel their Subscription and contact the local authorities to pursue any legal wrong doings.

CREDIT CARD INFO:	  The Subscriber at the time of the initial sale must first agree that they have read and understand this Terms and Conditions Agreement.  Then is given a choice of different Pricing Plans to choose from.  Then is prompted to pay for the chosen plan through PayPal, which at that time is out of our hands and is done solely by the Client in question.  After we see that PayPal has taken the payment then we continue with the submission process.  If Z.I.A finds out that the client is falsely using the card, then we will immediately cancel their subscription and inform the local authorities of the act and provide them with the client's information.

LOCALITY:	Z.I.A provides Advertising rights to Companies in Local Areas that provide Local specified services.  We will do our best to verify that the particular Client advertising in an area actually resides or company actually resides in that area.  Our Goal is to provide the Consumer with Local Services companies and not individuals or companies from other geographical Areas to Service or provide Help to the consumer.  If Z.I.A finds out that the client is falsely representing himself or herself to an area that is not within the confines of the actual companies area then we will cancel your subscription.

III.	Pricing:

Pricing Plans:	There are three different pricing plans that can be paid for in three different ways.  Giving the subscriber a total of nine different subscriptions and payments.  The Pricing Plans are as follows

A:	Zone1 MONTH = which covers one Zip Code on a Month-to-Month Basis and is $25 
	Zone1 YEAR  = which covers one Zip Code on a Year-to-Year Basis and is $195  
	   
All of the above plans and prices are based on owning one Zip Code and are recurring payments on a Month-to-Month or Year-to-Year basis. The day of the sale starts the initial subscription and on the same day of the following month or year you will be billed the plan price again.

B: 	Zone4 MONTH = which covers four Zip Code on a Month-to-Month Basis and is $80 
	Zone4 YEAR  = which covers four Zip Code on a Year-to-Year Basis and is $495  
	   
All of the above plans and prices are based on owning four Zip Code and are recurring payments on a Month-to-Month or Year-to-Year basis. The day of the sale starts the initial subscription and on the same day of the following month or year you will be billed the plan price again.

CANCELLATIONS:   To cancel you must contact the company in question 30 days in advance if you choose to cancel immediately then you will be charged for the following months fees.  Z.I.A does this to allow time for our sales team to refill the Zone or Zones that you were representing with new Clients.

If you are on a 6-month or Year Contract you will be canceled at the end of your contract date and will not be refunded the remaining time.  If you cancel after 30 days before the end of your Contract, then you will be charged for the monthly fee of the plan you were in. 
		
IV.	Website:

INFO:	"Flo" or the Find Loan Officers web site (findloanofficers.com) is a sister company of a Larger Marketing and Advertising Company called Zone Internet Advertising or Z.I.A.   This particular website is dedicated to providing consumers with Local Loan Officers and/or Lenders to help them with their Mortgage Needs.  The Site does this by displaying the Local Loan Officer and/or Lenders information for them to contact them directly or a submission form for the consumer to fill out to have the Client contact them back.  Flo is the only site that offers exclusive leads and Zone rights to their Subscribers/Clients on our sites in a particular Zone or region.  We have no out side competitor marketing or Ad-ware marketing software on our site to drive prospective consumers away.  We only have links that are educational to the consumer and tools that will help the consumer in this particular field.

DOWN TIME:	Z.I.A as an internet advertising company wants our clients to have the least amount of downtime as possible, but like every database site Z.I.A has too upkeep the site and make changes and/or update our databases.  Z.I.A will do this during not peak hours but can not be held liable for any other unforeseen downtime.

UPLOAD TIME:  All of Z.I.A's database sites are designed to be automatic, meaning that when your information is submitted to our server the consumer should be able to see it immediately.  Z.I.A cannot be held liable for the time it takes for information to be displayed.

CHANGES:  As a client of Z.I.A you are entitled to contact our support team and have changes made to your page.  Only the contact person on file has the right to call and make those changes.  Z.I.A would like to make the process as simple as possible but cannot guarantee the time frame of the change taking place or the Information being correct that you are supplying.  You must make sure that the information you are supplying is correct.
